Hal Higdon, contributing editor for Runner's World Magazine and a club member residing in Ponte Vedra Beach, provides the official training programs for Team Gate members doing the Gate River Run. Copies of Hal's 15-K training programs are available at all the clubs.

JOIN US FOR TRAINING RUNS
Group training runs led by a group leader will help Team Gate members have a fun way to train for the race and get to the finish line.
Training runs are already underway on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 pm at Ponte Vedra Inn and Club. Facilities will be available for NON-PVIC members located at Beach Reception.
Group training runs open to ALL Gate Clubs members training for Team Gate.
