Join Us For Training Runs

The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is conducting Gate River Run group training runs every Monday and Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm with group leader Bruce MacFarlane. These 3 – 5 mile training sessions are open to any Team Gate member from any of the Gate Clubs.  Starting at the PVIC Beach Reception.

This 3-5 mile running class will help those who are training for the Gate River Run.  Bruce will help everyone train to get to that finish line.  Runners and walkers will learn how to build a base for longer runs, learn form and technique, discuss proper shoes and hydration and will overall feel comfortable to participate in the Gate River Run Event.

Any Gate Club members training for the big day are welcome.  Facilities at the PVIC Beach Reception Area are provided for participants only during these training runs.
